At Raqmitia, we want you to be confident in your purchase. Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, the following refund terms apply.
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, provided that the product’s activation/access link has not been used or activated.
Our products are delivered through a unique activation link. Once that link has been accessed, the product is considered delivered and consumed, and is therefore no longer eligible for a refund. This is because the full contents of the digital product become available to you immediately upon access.
To request a refund, contact us at support@raqmitia.com with your order number within 14 days of purchase. We will verify that the activation link has not been used and process eligible refunds promptly.
Payments and refunds are handled by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
