Payments and order fulfillment are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all purchases. This means Paddle handles the transaction, billing, and applicable taxes on our behalf.
Raqmitia offers Arabic-language, AI-powered digital products and tools designed for e-commerce merchants, including store owners on the Salla and Zid platforms. Our products help merchants improve their store content, marketing, search visibility, and operations using artificial intelligence.
All products sold on Raqmitia are digital goods delivered electronically. We do not sell physical products, and our catalog continues to grow with new digital tools and systems over time.
When you purchase a digital product from Raqmitia, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that product for your own business purposes.

All content, materials, systems, prompts, and tools provided as part of our products are the intellectual property of SELA Global Group, LLC, and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Our products are delivered instantly and automatically after successful payment, via a secure access link sent to your email address and, where available, your WhatsApp number. It is your responsibility to provide accurate contact details at checkout.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In summary, a full refund is available within 14 days of purchase only if the product’s activation link has not been used.
